This week, I let the music lead the workout.  Each song corresponded with the beat of the music- pick out your favs and have fun with it!

Warm up

Standing Intervals- 1 minute fast, 1 minute recovery

Seated Race Pace

2 Song Climb- maxing out with the heaviest resistance in the end

Flat Road Run

Sitting with heavy resistance during verse; Standing run during chorus

Seated, easy spin during verse; Seated Sprints during chorus

Standing Race Pace

Standing Climb; sit at end with heavy resistance

75% Song
