Spin Monday

I love my Monday morning regulars in Spin class!  Seeing them there at the crack of dawn week after week gives me the motivation to get myself up and out of bed to greet them there.  And thank goodness for that!  Monday mornings never seem to get any easier :).  I woke up at 3am and proceeded to have not one, but two dreams that I had overslept and missed class.  Needless to say, it was pretty restless sleep from 3am on for me…

This week, I led the group through Hills, Jumps, and Speed:

1. Warm Up

2. Rolling Hills- work up to heavy resistance, then back down to medium

3. Jumps- out of saddle

4. 10-10-10 (10 sec sprint, 10 sec recovery, 10 times)

5. Active Recovery

6. Standing Run

7. Climb- max out

8. Jumps- in and out of the saddle

9. Rolling Hills

10. Sprints

11.Cool Down
