Spin Monday

Happy Monday!  I’m back in Des Moines and back to class this morning!  This workout is fun and makes the 45 minutes just “spin” by ;).

  1. Warm Up
  2. Pick Ups
  3. Standing Run
  4. Climb
  5. Jumps
  6. Climb
  7. Sprints; 30 second on, 15 second recovery
  8. Active Recovery
  9. Standing Attacks
  10. Jumps on a hill/ sprint the last minute to the finish
  11. Cool down & stretches

Plus, a new playlist always makes for a fun morning!
