Spin Monday!

Happy Monday!  This workout started my week off right this morning!  I pushed the class to the end, reminding them why we all got up insanely early- maximum calorie burn with a 75% song to wrap up it up!

  1. Warm up
  2. Standing run
  3. Jumps
  4. Team sprints
  5. Active recovery- short
  6. Climb 7/8/9
  7. Accelerations
  8. Easy run
  9. Sprints 30/20/30/20
  10. Recover 1 min, jumps on a hill
  11. Climb 8/9/10
  12. Short- Race Pace/75% Song!
  13. Cool down
