It feels good to be back in my normal routine again this week!  And it felt good to be back in the saddle this morning with my class!

  2. Climb 5/6/7
  3. Climb 7/8/9
  4. 30 second sprints
  5. Jumps
  6. Recovery song
  7. Standing Run
  8. 15 second accelerations
  9. Climb
  10. Jumps
  11. 75% song
  12. Cool down
